Accurate Valuations
We don’t use price-per-square-foot, Zestimates, or any other quick-and-dirty method for determining home values. Our process takes the correct approach of walking the property, noting the curb appeal and desirable renovations, and noting any buyer objections or deferred maintenance. Our next step is pricing the property based on comparable homes after adjusting for features and conditions. Then we adjust for market conditions. We’ll look at each property objectively using our evaluation background and years of experience.

We walk our properties with our Buyers and Sellers. We point out any issues that may hinder the sale or long-term investment potential, as well as recommend relevant solutions. For our sellers, we want to identify major problems, like inspection items, before they become bigger and costlier problems down the road. For buyers, this means pointing out flaws that could end up costing them money or causing them trouble in the future.
Builder Perspective
We know many builder reps and managers because we worked for many of the area builders and sold hundreds of builder homes, and we believe this offers our Buyers a distinct advantage. Some builders will need construction financing to start your home and others won’t. We know who the great custom builders are, and we know the right people to call when we have building questions.
