I haven’t seen this color in any houses we have shown lately, but Sherwin Williams announced that it is the color of the year for 2022.  It kind of reminds me of some colors that were popular back when we started selling real estate 17 years ago or so.   I like it on the wainscoting.  I’m sure we will be seeing it around soon.

Disclaimer: This calculator is designed to estimate the Seller-Owed property taxes to be credited to the Buyer at closing.  This amount assumes the Seller is up to date on payments, and only owes taxes because of the way Indiana collects them.  Indiana collects property taxes in arrears, so the Seller always owes close to a year’s worth of property taxes at any given time.  Consult your title company for the actual credit amount for your property.
